Usually no. We wire a missed-call trigger via conditional forwarding or your VoIP - keeping the number customers already know.
Is this a full answering service?
No. We rescue missed calls with SMS + AI qualification and alert you. You’re still the one who books and quotes. Light human oversight is included; it’s not a 24/7 call centre.
What about GDPR and STOP?
Messages include opt-out (STOP). We process caller data to help you respond to an enquiry they started. See our privacy notice (draft - company details still to be finalised).
How long to go live?
After intake and number wiring, most setups go live after a short walkthrough. Message wording can be revised once as part of setup.
Why not just use a cheap DIY app?
